SeaFresh is an innovative treatment method, specially designed to avoid black spots on Fresh Shrimp and Crustacean. When applied by simple dipping, it binds to the enzymes that cause the inking and completely inhibits the tanning reaction. Unlike sodium metabisulfite solution, which is corrosive and causes serious and costly damage to plant and equipment, SeaFresh is amazingly easy to use, non-corrosive and leaves no residue.
A simple 2-minute soak ensures that the fresh arthropods will retain their bright color and have a shelf life of up to 7 days.
